I've never tried or heard of the website.
I just took a look at it, and it's really ridiculous if you have to pay for videos to tell you how to stretch and become flexible.
You could just ask ME a good routine on how to become stronger and more flexible. I would say it's not worth the money, whatever they're asking. You can get advice like they're selling for free.
